The CAPA faculty provides a range of creative extension activities to enhance a student's abilities in the areas of music and art. The school has provided participation for talented students in mural projects, excursions to prominent exhibitions and individual projects in a range of mediums.
Music is one area which is growing at the school. Students who can already play an instrument are encouraged to join the school ensemble. The opportunity for individual and group practice is provided each day. The school is exploring the opportunity of external tutors providing specialised tuition with the student's chosen instrument.
